Welcome to Yerkey's Cottages        

Yerkey’s Cottages is located on the western shore of beautiful Chautauqua Lake, New York. Our three acre site has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cottages on 200’ of lakefront with awesome views.

Since 1984, Yerkey’s Cottages has been known by satisfied vacationers as clean, cozy, and friendly! You can relax by the lighted large end-of-dock area, spacious shaded lawn, or by the shoreline campfire. The well-equipped heated cottages include TV’s, microwaves, fully equipped kitchens, canopied patio table and/or large decks or porches. Boat dock slip, dock electric, and launch ramp use included with each cottage rental. A fish cleaning station is provided.

All cottages (except #8 & #9) have a private lawn patio with lawn chairs and a canopied table under large willow trees. The one bedrooms also have covered porches. The three and four bedrooms have large decks. There is a multi-station swing set, ample open lawn area for games, and campfire area by the shore. The lighted Chautauqua Institution bell-tower makes a fantastic view from the evening campfire and boat dock benches.

In addition to the Chautauqua Institution there are numerous shops, golf courses, restaurants, a laundromat, and supermarket within five miles. Our quiet lake setting provides swimming, fishing, and boating. There is a separate swim dock with a bench and ladder into the water, ideal for watchful parents of small children. Water is knee-deep at the shore and deepens gradually.
